Terms of Service

Late Fee / Non-Payment

If you fail to make a payment for service renewal within 7 days of the due date, your services will be canceled. After 14 days of non-payment, your website and other services will be suspended. After 30 days of non-payment, all your data, including websites, emails, and other related information, will be permanently erased from our systems.

General

  • Illegal Activities: It is strictly prohibited to broadcast, store, or circulate any information, data, or material that violates any applicable law or regulation, or that could facilitate the breach of such laws. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities or relevant parties in the investigation of any alleged crime.
  • Harmful or Dangerous Activities: Our services must not be used for any activity that could cause harm or destruction. This includes using our services to distribute pornographic material or any content that promotes physical harm or destruction of property, whether by email, uploading, redistribution, or any other means.
  • Copyright or Trademark Infringement: Clients are prohibited from using any of our services to broadcast, upload, or distribute material that infringes upon any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret. This includes the unlawful copying or distribution of copyrighted content, digitizing and distributing images or photographs from copyrighted sources (such as books, magazines, or websites), and distributing pirated software. Clients are also prohibited from collecting or attempting to collect private information about third parties without their consent. Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights will not be tolerated.

Clients are not allowed to use any of our services in illegal activities, including for distributing harmful content or engaging in any act that could damage others’ property. You are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that violates the copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. This includes distributing copyrighted material without authorization or collecting personal data without consent.

Loss of Backup and Data

You acknowledge that the use of our services is at your own risk. Neeti Web Solutions is not responsible for any data or files stored on your account. You are responsible for maintaining proper backups of your data and files uploaded to our server. While we perform weekly backups of changed or new data, these backups are only intended for server restoration purposes and do not serve as a full backup solution for your data.

Mailing List Hosting

We do not support or allow the hosting of mailing lists. Any mailing lists found on our servers will be immediately shut down without prior notice. We also prohibit the hosting of pornography or any sex-related marketing content on our servers. Any website containing or linking to adult content, promoting illegal activities, or otherwise harming Neeti Web Solutions’ servers or other internet servers, will be subject to immediate suspension.

Payment and Refund Issues

All payments must be made using the standard methods accepted by Neeti Web Solutions. As we maintain high levels of communication with our clients and complete all projects with their approval, we do not provide any full or partial refunds. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled. Any changes in personal preferences over time do not constitute a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

Please note that we do not provide any physical media (such as CDs, pen drives, or other storage devices) for content delivery to avoid technical issues. You are solely responsible for the login credentials and content provided to you through our services. All payments for services should be made exclusively to “Neeti Web Solutions.” We do not authorize any third party to collect payments on behalf of Neeti Web Solutions. Neeti Web Solutions is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by transactions with fraudulent individuals or organizations.
